Design Time includes: help with paint selections, paint & color schedules, furniture and accessory selections, space planning and drawings, shopping and design help with new construction and remodel projects. Packages are available for new construction, remodels, nurseries, etc… where the client would rather just have everything taken care of. Monica would be happy to do the designing, ordering, shopping, delivery and placement of all items. You don’t have to lift a finger! No hassles, no stress – just a beautiful result.

There is a 10% service charge on furniture and accessories through trade magazines or catalogs that MHID actually orders and pays for. This saves you time and hassle. However, the client always has the option to purchase themselves.
